Payment Gateway Fee: A 3% fee applies to the total transaction amount.
Installment Plan: Available for select events, offering a 4-month plan with a 3% fee for a minimum of 3,000 THB, supported by major banks like SCB, BBL, and Citi.
Transaction Time Limit: For cash/iBanking, payment must be completed within 30 minutes to secure the booking.
Ticket Issuance: Tickets are sent as a PDF via email after successful payment.
Refunds/Resale: Tickets are generally not exchangeable for cash or promotional credits.
